SHIPPING

Shipping is always FREE in Italy and it is FREE WORLDWIDE on orders above €350 (or equivalent in local currency).  

You will receive your order anywhere from 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out.

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Shipping notification email, such as carrier and tracking number, will be emailed immediately following order.  

We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.

What are the shipment options?

We ship all the worldwide orders with DHL express to ensure a fast, tracked and safe delivery.

What are the shipment charges?

Delivery costs are indicated in your shopping cart, and automatically calculated with each item you add. Within Italy and European Union you will not be required to pay customs or important duties.

RETURN INFORMATIONS

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Any goods marked "Sale" cannot be returned.

Goods must be unworn and unwashed.

Goods must have all tags, including any Licia Florio hangtags, attached.

All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item please email us as soon as possible to reserve another item.

Items may only be exchanged for other items on liciaflorio.com.

Initial and return shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

How can I exchange an item?

You have to return the order and write at smile@liciaflorio.com asking for the exchange. As soon we will receive the product we will send you a payment request for the shipping costs. After your payment we will ship the order.

Will you refund the shipping costs if I return an item?

Shipping expenses are the responsibility of our customers. We will however refund shipping expenses if the product was damaged or faulty. In this case, please contact our Customer Services team.

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Return

You must return your items to the address below within 14 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
