When working, snack breaks are a must. Some just drink a sugared sweet coffee, others allow themselves a quieter moment with a warm tea and biscuits and some just a healthy quickie option like an apple.

In our Office, we do have busy and quieter times, but snacks are a must to break the work and do it better.
