What is your return policy?
- Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged, and unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days from the purchase.
- Please write to smile@liciaflorio.com before shipping. Enter a sheet in the shipping box with your order number, first and last name, and whether it is a return or what you want to exchange it for.
- Any goods marked "Sale" or "Archive" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.

- Si prega di scrivere a smile@liciaflorio.com prima della spedizione. Inserisci un foglio nella scatola di spedizione con il tuo numero d'ordine, nome e cognome e se si tratta di un reso o un cambio e con cosa vuoi sostituirlo.
- Qualsiasi merce in saldo, promozione o contrassegnata con "Sales" o "Archivio" non può essere restituita o cambiata.
- Le spese di spedizione originali non sono rimborsabili.
- I rimborsi verranno elaborati entro circa 7-14 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione del reso.
Ritorno italiano ed europeo
- Devi restituire i tuoi articoli all'indirizzo sotto indicato entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui hai ricevuto il pacco.
- Riceverai il rimborso nella forma di pagamento originale.
- Sfortunatamente, non possiamo rimborsare dazi, tasse o spese di spedizione.
