Ordering / Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
Shipment
You will receive your order anywhere from 5-9 business days from the date that it is shipped out.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
Shipping notification email, such as carrier and tracking number, will be emailed immediately following order.
We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.
Free shipping is limited to the Italian country.
Returns Informations
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Any goods marked "Sale" cannot be returned.
Goods must be unworn and unwashed.
Goods must have all tags, including any Licia Florio hangtags, attached.
All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item please email us as soon as possible to reserve another item.
Items may only be exchanged for other items on liciaflorio.com.
Initial and return shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
Sale Items
Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
