Francesca, who calls you a bomb of energy, has asked me to ask you how do you do everything and what it all means?
She's really right! I have an extremely dynamic and active nature, I like being stimulated by new situations and I love to always know new things. For this reason, in addition to my work as press & pr, I take care of my online magazine, Demodè Mode and I participate actively in almost all the cultural events in Milan.

What is the first thing you do every morning to start the day in the right direction?
A great breakfast. Usually a centrifuge or a bowl of fruit prepared by me, I need a good dose of energy to face my endless days.

You work as a PR & digital specialist at Diesel, what is your job? How you spend your days?
Diesel is an incredible and extremely stimulating reality that allows you to be proactive and to range in the world of communication at 360 ° and for this reason, every day is different. I deal mainly with relations with the press and with relationships with influencers, opinion leaders and stakeholders, but I also follow the development of special projects, events, and fashion shows.

If you could invite three people to dinner, who would you invite and why?
One of my great passions is contemporary art so I would like to organize a round table with the Chinese artist Ai Weiwei that I respect for his constant activism and for his commitment to exalt and exponentially highlight in his works the social contradictions which, like an enormous manifesto, force reflection. At the exact opposite, I would place the Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama who, totally focused on her inner world, puts on stage the tragic theater of her obsessions that transport the viewer into an upside-down reality made of monsters and polka dots. As a moderator I choose one of the most important art critics and curators: Lea Vergine, her essays on body art have been for me illuminating readings.

What comes to mind if you think of the term perfection?
At an episode of Black Mirror, one in which the protagonist lives in a world that flaunts an apparent perfection and we all know how it ends up. Perfection does not exist even though social media pretend to give it a chance.

Mode Demodè was born as a passion and personal project in 2008. In the Bombetta section in the suitcase, I see wonderful journeys, from Fuerteventura to Buenos Aires, from Paris to South Africa. Suggest me five places that I should definitely visit and what they are special for.

1. Rajasthan, I chose this destination after being fascinated by its colors and its architecture seen in the movie "The Fall", different is the reality. It was a harsh and incredible journey at the same time, a demanding choice that I never regretted having undertaken because it allowed me to embark on a journey that has upset the senses and led to deep reflections.
2. London, I go back there as often as I can because it gives me unique energy and is a huge concentrated button of trends, art, food, history, and culture.
3. Lisbon, beautiful discovery of last year. It is an extremely vital city that has conquered me with its mild climate, gastronomic offer, walking routes through the alleys and a breathtaking view that suddenly catches you.
4. Lanzarote, a place for dreamers who under the guidance of the versatile artist César Manrique has obtained its own identity and naturalistic and architectural value.
5. Naoshima and Teshima two islands of Japan called art islands, rich in museums and contemporary installations that are grafted in the territory with great respect and harmony.

Do you tend to choose courage or comfort?
It depends on the situations but it is generally difficult for me to prevent myself from saying my opinion, right or wrong. The same applies to actions: if a good opportunity comes, I welcome it with great enthusiasm.

What have you changed your mind about in the past two years and why?
The world is spinning very fast and I often question myself, I always look forward and I love constantly changing perspectives. What remains is the people next to me without which nothing would make sense.

Do you have rituals that help you feel confident about yourself?
No, I do not think I've ever had them.

What would you write on a billboard in the center of Milan?

Raise your head from the phone, slip into the courtyards, go up in the terraces, be curious, let yourself be fascinated by Milan!

• Your daily uniform: every day is different because I switch from totally black to yellow, it depends on my mood and above all on the time and creativity of the morning!
• Favorite flowers: I do not like cut flowers, I prefer plants.
• Your comfort food: a pizza that is the only thing I could never get tired of.
• The favorite place in the city where you live: I have many. I love all of Milan in which I chose to live, as can be understood from my magazine, if I think of a particular place that fascinates me, that is the Bicocca Hangar.
• How many and which languages do you speak: English and a rusty French.
• Your favorite movie: as a child, my greatest desire was to become a director so I collected a crazy amount of titles in my life but surely a milestone remains Videodrome.
• A friend of yours to interview? What should I ask? Lucille Ninivaggi. She is a tattoo artist who one day decided to change her life and did it without hesitation. She is an explosion of ideas and creativity, a tenacious and courageous woman who does not stop at anything.

Francesca, che ti definisce una bomba di energia, mi ha suggerito di chiederti come fai a fare tutto e io ti chiedo cosa significa tutto?
Ha davvero ragione! Ho un'indole estremamente dinamica e attiva, mi piace essere stimolata da nuove situazioni e amo conoscere sempre cose nuove. Per questo motivo, oltre al mio lavoro come press & pr, mi occupo del mio magazine online, Modalità Demodè e partecipo attivamente a quasi tutti gli appuntamenti culturali di Milano.

Qual è la prima cosa che fai ogni mattina per iniziare la giornata nel verso giusto?
Un'ottima colazione. Solitamente una centrifuga o una bowl di frutta preparate da me, ho bisogno di una bella dose di energia per affrontare le mie giornate infinite.

Lavori come PR & digital specialist da Diesel, in cosa consiste il tuo lavoro? Come passi le tue giornate?
Diesel è una realtà incredibile ed estremamente stimolante che ti permette di essere propositivo e spaziare nel mondo della comunicazione a 360° per questo motivo ogni giorno è diverso. Io mi occupo principalmente dei rapporti con la stampa e delle relazioni con influencers, opinion leaders e stakeholders ma seguo anche lo sviluppo di progetti speciali, eventi e sfilate.

Se tu potessi invitare tre persone a cena, chi inviteresti e perché?
Una delle mie grandi passioni è l'arte contemporanea quindi mi piacerebbe organizzare una tavola rotonda con l'artista cinese Ai Weiwei che stimo per il suo costante attivismo e per il suo impegno nell'esaltare ed evidenziare in maniera esponenziale nelle sue opere le contraddizioni sociali che, come un enorme manifesto, costringono alla riflessione. All'esatto opposto collocherei l'artista giapponese Yayoi Kusama che, totalmente concentrata sul suo mondo interiore, mette in scena il tragico teatro delle sue ossessioni che trasportano lo spettatore in un sottosopra fatto di mostri e pois. Come moderatrice scelgo una delle più importanti critiche e curatrici d'arte: Lea Vergine, i suoi saggi sulla body art sono state per me delle letture illuminanti.

Cosa ti viene in mente se pensi al termine perfezione?
Ad una puntata di Black Mirror, quella in cui la protagonista vive in un mondo che ostenta un'apparente perfezione e sappiamo tutti come poi vada a finire. La perfezione non esiste sebbene i social fingano di dartene una possibilità.

Modalità Demodè nasce come passione e progetto personale nel 2008. Nella sezione Bombetta in Valigia vedo magnifici viaggi, da Fuerteventura a Buenos Aires, da Parigi al Sud Africa. Suggeriscimi cinque luoghi che dovrei assolutamente visitare e cosa hanno di speciale.

E' stato un viaggio aspro e incredibile al tempo stesso, una scelta impegnativa che non mi sono mai pentita di aver intrapreso perché mi ha consentito di intraprendere un percorso che ha stravolto i sensi e condotto a profonde riflessioni. 
2. Londra, ci torno tutte le volte che posso perché sa darmi un'energia unica ed è un enorme concentrato pulsante di tendenze, arte, food, storia e culture.
3. Lisbona, bellissima scoperta dello scorso anno. E' una città estremamente vitale che mi ha conquistato con il suo clima mite, l'offerta gastronomica, i percorsi a piedi tra i vicoli e un panorama mozzafiato che ti coglie all'improvviso.
4. Lanzarote, un luogo per sognatori che sotto la guida del poliedrico artista César Manrique ha ottenuto una propria identità e valore naturalistico e architettonico.
5. Naoshima e Teshima, due isole del Giappone, chiamate art islands, ricche di musei e installazioni contemporanee che si sono innestate nel territorio con grande rispetto e armonia.

Tendi a scegliere il coraggio o il comfort?
Dipende dalle situazioni ma generalmente è difficile per me evitare che io non dica la mia opinione, giusta o sbagliata che sia. Lo stesso vale per le azioni: se arriva una buona opportunità la accolgo con grande entusiasmo.

Su cosa hai cambiato opinione negli ultimi due anni e come mai?
Il mondo gira molto velocemente e io mi metto spesso in discussione, guardo sempre avanti e amo cambiare continuamente prospettive. Quello che resta sono le persone accanto a me senza le quali nulla avrebbe senso.

Cosa scriveresti su un billboard in centro a Milano?
Alzate la testa dal telefono, infilatevi nei cortili, salite sulle terrazze, siate curiosi, lasciatevi affascinare da Milano!

• La tua uniforme quotidiana: ogni giorno è diverso perché passo dal total black al giallo, dipende dal mio umore e soprattutto dal tempo e dalla creativitá della mattina!
• I fiori preferiti: non amo i fiori recisi, preferisco le piante

• Il posto preferito nella città in cui vivi: ne ho tanti! Amo tutta Milano, città in cui ho scelto di vivere. Se penso ad un luogo in particolare che mi affascina, è l'Hangar Bicocca.
• Quante e quali lingue parli: inglese e un francese arrugginito.
• Il tuo film preferito: da piccola il mio più grande desiderio era diventare una regista quindi ho collezionato nella vita una folle quantità di titoli ma sicuramente una pietra miliare resta Videodrome.
• Una tua amica da intervistare? Cosa dovrei chiederle? Lucille Ninivaggi. Lei é una tattoo artist che un giorno ha deciso di cambiare vita e l'ha fatto senza esitazione. E' un'esplosione di idee e creatività, una donna tenace e coraggiosa che non si ferma davanti a nulla.
